As a little treat for my Paid subscribers, I’m sharing one of my favorite wintertime desserts: butterscotch pots de crème, topped with crushed gingersnaps, softly whipped vanilla bean cream and flaky salt. Inspired by the iconic butterscotch pots de crème at LA’s Gjelina restaurant, it’s one of those desserts that’s best served in small cups. It’s surprisingly not *too* sweet and can be made days ahead of time. In short, the perfect dessert.
