Hello! I always have trouble converting cups to grams when it comes to plain flour (I live in the UK) - when I google it, everything from 120 - 140g seems to come up - what’s your standard measure? Thanks!

It can depend a bit based on the flour you’re using. For standard all-purpose flour (like king arthur in the US) the standard weight for a cup is 4.25 ounces or 120 grams. This recipe is not as finicky in terms of exact measurement down to the gram as much as, say, yeasted breads.
